I am a Master's degree holder in Physiotherapy, a personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor. In my work, I use techniques of manual therapy, massage, and kinesitherapy. Together with the patient, I aim to find the source of the problem, not just the cause. I gained my experience through several years of internships in Clinical Hospitals and Physiotherapy Clinics. I also worked with elderly people, providing kinesitherapy in a Social Care Home. Additionally, for the past 4 years, I have been conducting health-promoting group classes, as well as functional and medical training sessions.

I earned my Master's degree in physiotherapy at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. I am a physiotherapist with a particular interest in dental and orthopedic therapy. I work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal disorders as well as issues with the temporomandibular joints and the skull area.
My experience and passion for improving the quality of life of my patients motivate me to continuously improve and search for the most effective therapeutic methods. Therefore, I constantly raise my qualifications by participating in various courses and workshops.

I gained experience working with patients at the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław. Numerous internships and classes at various hospitals, clinics, and social care homes taught me not to generalize any given condition. I dedicate myself 100% to my work.Since I was a child, I have been involved in sports, which is why I understand the importance of safe and properly executed exercises. Paulina Kruszewska
I am a certified physiotherapist, a graduate of the Physiotherapy program at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. I continuously develop my skills by participating in numerous training courses and workshops, including those in medical training, manual therapy, therapeutic massage, and kinesiology taping. This allows me to offer my patients modern and effective therapeutic methods tailored to their individual needs. On a daily basis,I work as a physiotherapist at the University Clinical Hospital of Jan Mikulicz-Radecki in Wrocław, both in the hospital ward and in the outpatient department.

I obtained my Master's degree at the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław. Through numerous practical classes in hospitals, as well as during professional internships at the Body Balance Rehabilitation Center, and ultimately working at a private Medical Center while attending internal training courses, I had the opportunity to gain experience and a holistic perspective on individual patients. During a visit with me, we will primarily focus on identifying the main cause of the musculoskeletal problem, conduct appropriately selected tests, and then move on to therapy and tailored exercises specific to the condition.
Privately, I train regularly at the gym and attend climbing wall sessions. Overall, physical activity has always been an inseparable part of my life, which is why I understand the importance of having a properly functioning musculoskeletal system.
Jacek Marczak
I am a psychologist and crisis intervention specialist. On a daily basis, I support soldiers and their families by working as a psychologist in a Military Unit, where I provide individual psychological help and conduct numerous interventions. I also run training sessions and workshops for soldiers and military personnel. I further develop my knowledge and experience as a crisis intervention specialist at a Crisis Intervention Center, where I restore psychological balance and the ability to cope independently in difficult situations. I alsoperfect my skills by participating in training courses and regularly studying the latest scientific publications in the field of psychology.

With 12 years of experience and knowledge gained from my studies and numerous trainings, I effectively treat musculoskeletal disorders as well as metabolic disturbances.
