I am a Master's degree holder in Physiotherapy, a personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor. In my work, I use techniques of manual therapy, massage, and kinesitherapy. Together with the patient, I aim to find the source of the problem, not just the cause. I gained my experience through several years of internships in Clinical Hospitals and Physiotherapy Clinics. I also worked with elderly people, providing kinesitherapy in a Social Care Home. Additionally, for the past 4 years, I have been conducting health-promoting group classes, as well as functional and medical training sessions.

Mateusz Sobczak - coach
I earned my Master's degree in physiotherapy at the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. I am a physiotherapist with a particular interest in dental and orthopedic therapy. I work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal disorders as well as issues with the temporomandibular joints and the skull area.
My experience and passion for improving the quality of life of my patients motivate me to continuously improve and search for the most effective therapeutic methods. Therefore, I constantly raise my qualifications by participating in various courses and workshops.

Paulina Kruszewska - physiotherapist
Graduate of the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław, with a passion for anatomy and hands-on therapeutic techniques in patient care.
In my work, I place particular emphasis on tailoring treatment methods to each patient's individual needs and taking a holistic approach to their health concerns. I strive to raise awareness that rehabilitation does not end when the patient leaves the clinic, which is why I devote significant attention to education and prevention. In the clinic, I use a variety of manual therapy techniques, with a particular focus on manual fascial therapy. In addition, I place great importance on kinesitherapy (therapeutic exercise) and training as the primary means of helping patients. I am a certified urogynecological physiotherapist. I help women with pelvic floor pain, endometriosis, and stress urinary incontinence. I also support women during pregnancy, in preparation for childbirth, and throughout the postpartum period, helping them care for and restore their bodies after delivery. In addition, I provide urological physiotherapy for men.
In my practice, I draw on the full range of skills and expertise I have gained through specialized urogynecological training and manual therapy. I am also continually developing my knowledge and skills in pelvic floor muscle training, focusing on strengthening these muscles, reducing symptoms related to core dysfunction, and, above all, promoting greater awareness and control of the body’s center.
Outside of work, I am passionate about physical activity myself—from trekking and climbing to dancing and long-distance running. I bring this passion for movement into my clinical practice, encouraging patients to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle beyond their appointments.

I am a certified physiotherapist, a graduate of the Physiotherapy program at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. I continuously develop my skills by participating in numerous training courses and workshops, including those in medical training, manual therapy, therapeutic massage, and kinesiology taping. This allows me to offer my patients modern and effective therapeutic methods tailored to their individual needs. On a daily basis,I work as a physiotherapist at the University Clinical Hospital of Jan Mikulicz-Radecki in Wrocław, both in the hospital ward and in the outpatient department.

Patrycja Sadowska - physiotherapist
I am a physiotherapist, holding a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Wrocław Medical University. I also completed a Doctoral School and earned a PhD in Medical and Health Sciences at the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław.
I place great value on an individual approach to each patient and use modern physiotherapy methods in my daily practice. This allows me to effectively support patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pain-related conditions, including those suffering from chronic spinal pain. I specialize in working with athletes, with a strong focus on orthopedic and post-injury rehabilitation.
In my practice, I use manual therapy techniques, combined with transverse and deep tissue massage as well as myofascial trigger point therapy. I also incorporate Kinesiology Taping, which helps maintain therapeutic effects, reduce swelling, and support recovery after injuries. Additionally, I perform dry needling based on medical acupuncture principles. I complement my therapeutic approach with medical training and individually tailored exercise programs, which help consolidate treatment outcomes and prevent recurrence of problems.
I collaborate with both professional and amateur athletes across various sports disciplines. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a physiotherapist for the first-league volleyball team Gwardia Wrocław. Since 2022, I have been a physiotherapist for the senior men’s national beach volleyball team of Poland.
